Refund Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds for virtual CPO classes under any circumstances.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your CPO class due to illness or any other reasonable circumstance.
- The new class date must be within six (6) months of the original scheduled class date.
- Your credit will remain on your account for six (6) months from the original class date.
- After six (6) months, the credit will expire and you will need to re-register and pay for a new class.
You may reschedule one (1) time at no cost.
Any additional rescheduling requests after the first time will incur a $100.00 rescheduling fee.
Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled CPO class, you may send a substitute in your place.
- The Headstart online program is not transferable.
- Substitutions are allowed one (1) time at no cost.
- Any additional substitutions after the first time will incur a $100.00 substitution fee.
Notification Requirement
For all rescheduling or substitution requests, you must notify us at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled class date.
