Still Raining….This time in Long Beach!

Elise, Steve and Bryan attended all 3 days of the Western Pool and Spa Show at the Long Beach Convention Center.   It was a great show and well worth the investment!  We learned about new technology / software, new types of equipment on the market, and established relationships with various industry partners and resources.

We also saw many of our CPO students during the 3-day show–and that was a special encouragement to see them making the extra effort to continue their swimming pool industry education!

Speaking of education:  the show also included several concurrent technical classes each day on topics, such as water chemistry, hydraulics, electronic controls, pumps, QuickBooks, Risk Management, Customer Service, and much more.  We went to as many classes as we could — then we walked the show floor each evening and met with various  manufacturers and associations.

We want to thank YOU–our customers–for your patience with the temporary changes to your weekly service day, so that we could attend this show.  We came away with new thoughts and ideas, a new perspective and servant attitude — and now its our job to transform this into better service for YOU–our valued customer!  Thank you for allowing us to serve you better by gaining new skills and knowledge through this type of educational industry venue!

Can I say, “We are now PRIMED and PUMPED!” ?? (tee-hee)
